"Payment was smooth, no drama"
First time ordering from etowine.com, so I was kind of watching every step. You know how it is. New site, card details, little pause before hitting pay. But it just went through. No spinning forever, no error message. Confirmation email showed up almost right away.

I checked my bank app too, just in case. Nothing weird there. No double charge, no random pending mess. Just a normal, clean checkout. Simple experience overall, and that’s exactly what I wanted. 5 stars from me.

I ordered from Eto Wine and the shipping cost was shown clearly before I paid, which was a relief. I was expecting some random fee to pop up at the end and annoy me, but nope, it was right there from the start.
Checkout was simple and I could actually decide if the full total worked for me. Then the package arrived just fine, so at that point I went from suspicious to happy with the whole thing. I’d use them again

"Tracking was actually clear"
The order tracking was easy to follow, and the updates showed up when they were supposed to. There was one dumb little delay where the status didn’t change right away, which was kind of annoying, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it worked fine.

"Bottles showed up fine, I think stored well"
I ordered a few bottles from etowine.com and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the shipping and storage. But they arrived in really good condition. The bottles felt cool, the labels were clean, and I didn’t notice anything that made me think they’d been exposed to heat or handled badly. I opened one so far and it tasted pretty much how I expected it to. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.

I stopped in while I was already out running a few errands, and they had a lot of bottles to pick from. I ended up finding a few that I don’t usually see at my local spots, which was a nice surprise since I wasn’t really planning on buying much that day.

It arrived in one piece, so I can’t complain too much. The courier was decent enough, though the box was left with a small dent like it had been bumped around a bit. Part of me wondered if they set it down quickly and hoped I wouldn’t notice, but thankfully everything inside was fine.

In the end, everything turned out fine and the refund came through faster than I expected.

I’d accidentally ordered the wrong bottle and thought returning wine online might be a hassle. etowine got back to me quickly though, and they just explained the steps clearly without making it into a whole thing.

Once they received the bottle back, the refund showed up a few days later. Smooth experience overall, and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again

"Quick response, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I had a small issue with my order and they did reply quickly, which I appreciated. They sorted it out in the end without too much hassle, but I did feel a little dismissed at first, like they just wanted to move past it. Still, the support was polite enough and I’d probably use Eto Wine again...

I ordered some wine from etowine.com to my country i was a little nervous about the whole customs thing — because that can be a headache sometimes. But it actually went really smoothly. The tracking worked fine, the package arrived safely, and the customs paperwork was already handled, so I didn’t really have to do anything on my end, which was a nice surprise. It did take a few days longer than a local order, but that’s pretty much expected with international shipping. Overall, no complaints.

Overall, it felt like a good value and I got exactly what I wanted without spending more than I needed to. "I really liked that I could switch..."
I really liked that I could switch the delivery day without any hassle. I ended up having to work late, so I just moved it to the next morning and, yeah, it was no big deal at all. The wine showed up when they said it would, so I’m happy with the whole thing.
